Meet Dr. Lieberman MD, FACS
Dr. Marc Lieberman has been practicing ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery in Vero Beach since 1987. He is a native of the Jersey Shore, born and raised in Lakewood.
After receiving his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, he went to the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (formally Rutgers Medical School). His surgical internship and residency were completed in Otolaryngology and Communication Sciences at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. While at Upstate he was awarded first place in the National Resident Research Competition.
Dr. Lieberman continued his education by completing a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a logical sub-specialty of Otolaryngology, under the direction of Dr. Clyde Litton in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Lieberman is Board Certified in both Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and the specialty of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of various local, state and national medical societies.
When not helping patients, Dr. Lieberman enjoys jogging, working out, skiing, hiking and scuba diving. He is married and has one son, Jeffrey, who is an attorney in NYC.
Rounding out his family are his family three dogs, two turtles and various salt and fresh water fish.
Without the support of his long-term team members, Dr. Lieberman’s practice wouldn’t be the same. Patients enjoy the continuity of interacting with familiar people.
The key members of Dr. Lieberman’s staff have been with him for an average of 17 years…highly unusual in the medical field! They truly take pride in making sure that each patient is welcomed and respected as an individual.
Dr. Lieberman’s overall philosophy is to treat his patients as he would a family member. He is flexible with appointments and sees over 95% of his patients within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.
